Refund & Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required where specified by Crystal Ivy to secure a costume order.
All deposits are non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
Deposits will be credited toward the total cost of the costume and do not represent full payment.
Customers should ensure that they are ready to commit to their costume purchase before making a deposit.
Any exception to the deposit policy must be approved by Crystal Ivy in writing and must comply with applicable
Custom-made, personalized, or specially prepared costumes may not qualify for change-of-mind returns, subject to applicable law.
Customers should report any incorrect, damaged, or defective items to Crystal Ivy as soon as reasonably possible after collection.
Each complaint will be reviewed fairly, and appropriate remedies will be provided where required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights that customers are entitled to under the laws of Guyana.
